Manotel is associated with the “Un Global Compact Switzerland” project in collaboration with the UN. It is the first hotelkeeper in Geneva to join the initiative.

The edelweiss-themed restaurant, well known to fans of traditional Swiss culture and recipes, underwent a revolution in early October to offer an even warmer, more chic and authentic experience.

After a complete renovation, it now aims to shine as a jewel in the crown of Swiss gastronomy in the city.

A new bar invites you to relax before or after the feast, under the benevolent eye of XXL mountains immortalized by talented photographers. A stage has been erected to host live musical performances, ranging from contemporary tones to a return to our roots with alphorns and traditional songs. An invitation to escape for an evening.

This star is our pledge to continue offering an exceptional Swiss experience to all our customers.

Now with 27 covers, the restaurant retains its hushed ambience, where every guest is invited to discover the Chef's world. Combining noble materials and contemporary design, the new setting preserves the warm, friendly atmosphere that is its signature.

L'Aparté's 17/20 rating is once again confirmed in the 2025 edition of the Swiss Gault&Millau guide.
